This online event is for people of all faiths (or no faith) to find refuge from life’s hectic pace. Through meditation, prayer, and resetting our intentions, we will create space within us for blessings to come alive.
When we take the time to practice being in stillness, our resilience to life’s ups and downs strengthens. Peace isn’t a convenient commodity we reach for only in times of need. It is a muscle that develops through active dedication, so that when obstacles arise, we have the resources within us to weather the storm.

This is an open discussion, where you can raise questions and discuss your personal challenges in an intimate setting.
